Daily life during COVID-19

As we know corona virus has changed the lives of all people and significantly affected our daily activities.

Mixed feelings such as fear, uncertainty, panic and confusion about this situation have created many questions in my head, but from the very beginning, I believe firmly in one thing, the best we can do for ourselves and the community is to follow the prescribed measures. In this situation, many issues have been raised, from the violation of human rights and reducing the right to privacy on the one hand, and the importance of compliance with the recommended measures on the other hand.

No matter how difficult it may be for us to stay home, waiting for things to return to normal, I think that the most important for our health is to be responsible and positive, thinking about some nice moments that will come again soon.

During this period I have tried to organize my time and keep myself busy, so staying at home is not so difficult for me. Working from home is not so bad, I can make an office in my room and do all the tasks that I’m asked for, without leaving my home.

After that, I set aside one part of the day for training, because it is very important for me, both for physical and mental health. Also, I used this time in quarantine to learn cooking, baking many  various delicious meals and I'm very glad to find that it works very well for me, so I will surely continue with spending some extra  time in the kitchen. I also used this free time to read some books, watch movies and spend more time with my family, playing some social games.

This situation encouraged many people to think about how fast we actually live, always overwhelmed by the obligations, running around and looking at our watches. Now is the right time to slow down and take a breath, to notice all beautiful things around us, the nature that is recovering and to maintain a positive spirit until the world recovers from the virus and the life goes on again.
