
The internship period of Xheni Shehaj in LDA Kosovo is coming to an end. She spent a month working with the Youth Compact team in Peja.
During her internship she worked on topics as research, evaluation, communication and other areas in light of project implementation tasks. The programme deepened her understanding of the impact youngsters can have on policymaking and the ways different civil society actors can engage to boost this impact.
Most importantly, she had the chance to assist to different projects which helped her get engaged in all the phases of a project development from the initial project proposal writing to the implementation stage.
About her internship Xheni shared: “This internship was invaluable in terms of gaining practical knowledge related to project management, youth capital development and networking in the context of civil society.’’
