Center for Democracy Foundation is pleased to introduce Ivana Jacheva, from North Macedonia, who will, within the program Regional Youth Compact for Europe, spend a month as an intern in our organization. The internship program is one of the activities of the Project aimed to provide exchange of youth in the Western Balkans and provide a framework for young people in the region to learn about the functioning of CSOs, exchange their concepts and assist in searching and establishing innovative, young friendly, forms and content of communication, leading to increased youth participation in civil initiatives, policy design and in structured dialogue.
During the internship period, Ivana will primarily contribute to the local and regional activities of the program Regional Youth Compact for Europe. We expect she will significantly help her colleagues already working on this project. She will also get to know about other programs and ongoing activities in our organization.
We hope that Ivana, as a new member of our team, will gain valuable experience, that will help her in her future work. Also, we believe it will help her in developing communication and networking skills and in improving other important aspects connected to the program Regional Youth Compact for Europe.
We wish a warm welcome to Ivana and hope that next month will be a very productive one!
