During November, in the framework of project “Balkan regional platform for young participation and dialogue”, Local Democracy Agency from Prijedor organized a workshop, named “My city Youth-city”. Main agenda of this workshop was involvement of young people in local communities, and encourage young population to creatively express their attitude towards certain problems and obstacles faced by young people in Prijedor.

During this workshop, young people have identified those areas and buildings, which they consider that need to be repaired or even, who do not exist, for the implementation of youth activities, and, in the coming period will explore the city from their point of view and define problems and perspectives for young people.
As a result of this workshop, a virtual map of the city will be created, with identified areas and buildings, which will be presented to the local authorities in order to incorporate into formal or informal planning processes in the local community.

Workshop “My city-Youth city” is implemented within the project "Balkan regional platform for youth participation and dialogue”, which was initiated by ALDA (Association of Local Democracy Agencies), and locally implemented throughout the Balkans and funded by the European Commission.
