On June 30, 2015 an Info Point for Youth has opened in the area of Prijedor. The Info Point gives young people access to information about local and regional activities dedicated to them, such as education (formal and informal), scholarships, EU programs from 2014 to 2020, and programs for young people’s mobility, i.e. volunteering and activism, courses, workshops, student accommodation and many other practical tips.

The opening of this Info Point within LDA Prijedor is part of the "Balkan regional platform for dialogue and participation of young people of the Balkans" project, which purpose is to contribute to the structuring of regional thematic cooperation and the coordination between NGOs and the public authorities for the participating countries, in order to encourage activism and participation of young people.

The project was initiated by the Association for Local Democracy Agencies (ALDA), and locally implemented by LDA Mostar, Zavidovici, Prijedor (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Subotica and Knjazevac (SRB), Niksic (Montenegro), Peja (Kosovo) and ALDA Skopje as an associate partner.It is financially supported by the Civil Society Facility - Operating Grants to IPA CSO Associations (Support to regional thematic associations).

Info Point in Prijedor is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm at Oslobodilaca Prijedor 6 (Public Health Insurance Fund of RS Building, Prijedor Branch). You can also reach the Info Point by e-mail at ldaprijedorinfo@gmail.com
