The First Regional training for the Network Members of the project Regional Youth Compact for Europe is taking place in Novi Sad, Serbia, from 20-21 October. The main objective of the training entitled “Sharing Experience – expanding the Network” and of the entire training component within the project “Regional Youth Compact for Europe” is to strengthen the Network capacity to participate effectively in specific sector policy dialogue and the reforms within the EU accession process.
The set of training workshops envisage various training methods: group work, case study approach, simulation, interactive debates etc. The trainers are the team of trainers and NGO experts, practitioners from national/regional CSOs engaged in EU integration related issues.
One of the objectives of the introductory training is to introduce the project partners with the priority areas of the accession negotiation process with the EU: rule of law, fundamental rights, social policy and employment, public administration reform and to set up the grounds for strengthening the Network capacity for reporting, monitoring and advocacy actions to promote effective implementation of the EU integration related reforms.
