The Balkan Network for Local Democracy is launching a Call for developer or software company to create a phone application on local tourism in the Western Balkans within the Cultural tours in Western Balkans - “Cultours” project.
In order to fulfil the objectives of the project, we are looking for a developer or a developing company who will develop a phone application that will promote shared cultural heritage related to monuments from World War 2 in Western Balkan Countries.
The service provider will be expected to create a phone application compatible with Android for the project “CulTours” in 2 languages: English and Serbian/Bosnian.

The available budget for the phone application is 4.500 EUR.

This call is conducted through a grant provided by the Western Balkan Fund.
