Balkan Regional Platform for Youth Participation and Dialogue has introduced the exchange of Youth Correspondents as the new activity of the work programme in the third year of it's implementation. In accordance with aforementioned activity, two Youth Correspodents from Subotica (SRB) will visit Mostar, from 4th-7th of July, where they will be hosted by LDA Mostar and local Youth Correspondents (YC).
The aim of this activity is to enable intercultural learning for the YC while strengthening connections between young people and regional intercultural exchange between different communities across West Balkan countries.
This will be a three day exchange of YC between participating LDAs and ALDA Skopje. Each partner will send its YC to another community where the young person will be hosted by his/her YC peer. Each community will be visited by two YC at the same time (from different LDAs).
During their stay in another community, each team of YC will, with the help of local YC, will explore the local cultural heritage and current cultural scene. Upon this, they will produce a video and textual reportage promoting local culture with useful information for young travellers. These reportages will be uploaded on the regional website and will be featured in a Youth Cultural E-Magazine that will be published by the end of this activity as a new publication by the Balkan Regional Platform for Youth Participation and Dialogue.
