European Voluntary Service: what is it really?

Are you between 17 and 30 and willing to spend from 2 weeks to 12 months abroad as an EVS volunteer?

As a volunteer you can work in a wide range of fields, such as culture, youth, sports, children, cultural heritage, arts, animal welfare, environment and development cooperation. At the end of your EVS period, you will receive a certificate confirming your participation and describing your project – the Youthpass.

 You will receive free accommodation, food, insurance and pocket money. The only thing you might have to pay is a small part of your travel costs.

Parliament of Montenegro opened its door to Balkan youth

On the 8th of May, 2015, Podgorica celebrated the Day of Europe. This same day, a group of young people, representing the project Balkan regional platform for youth participation and dialogue, got the opportunity to engage and promote youth participation and democracy in the National Parliament of Montenegro. The Parliament opened its door welcoming  of the young people from Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo* and Macedonia, to present and help them better understand the role of the highest legislative body in the EU accession process.

Balkan Youth platform meeting in Podgorica

On the 8 and 9 May 2015 the Balkan Regional Platform for Youth Participation and Dialogue is organising their most important event in Podgorica on the topic of youth participation and EU integration. There, the Regional Youth Working Group will have the unique opportunity to meet and discuss on these important issues, but also to visit the National Parliament of Montenegro and attend the ALDA General Assembly.

Call for Viral Video on Youth participation

The Balkan regional platform for youth participation and dialogue is launching a call for a Viral Video on Youth participation. 
The purpose of this call is to create viral videos and spread the message about active engagement of young people in their communities.
